THIS IS HDB
Discover HDB Services. An award-winning facilities management company operating at the highest level of the UK built environment.
HISTORY
HDB Services was built in London. Not in a boardroom, and not by people who came to facilities management from a distance.
Bradley Jones, Director and co-founder of HDB Services, brought more than two decades of FM experience to the business when it was established 2024. His background spanned planned preventive maintenance, managed projects, and full design-and-build fit-out programmes, developed across some of the UK's most demanding commercial environments during his time as a senior partner at Jones FM. The vision for HDB was clear from the start, build a facilities management company that operated to a standard the industry rarely reached, and do it with people who genuinely cared about the outcome.

OUR STORY
Businesses grow through ambition. But with growth comes complexity.

How it all started
The company began as an independent FM operation serving London and the Home Counties. The founding proposition was simple, and it has never changed: treat every building as if it were your own, treat every client as a long-term partner, and never compromise on the standard of the people you put on site.
Bradley's background spanned planned preventive maintenance, managed projects, and full design-and-build fit-out programmes, developed across some of the UK's most demanding commercial environments during his time as a senior partner at Jones FM. The vision for HDB was clear from the start, build a facilities management company that operated to a standard the industry rarely reached, and do it with people who genuinely cared about the outcome.
Growth + Experience
In the early years, HDB built its reputation the only way that matters — through the quality of its work. Contract by contract, building by building, the company earned the trust of clients who valued consistency, reliability, and a level of communication that most FM providers struggled to deliver.
Chris Fry joined the leadership team bringing a wealth of commercial and operational experience, including over seven years heading up operations at Amazon UK. His understanding of large-scale enterprise operations and his instinct for securing and developing meaningful client relationships helped HDB accelerate its growth and win some of the world's most recognised businesses as clients. The combination of Bradley's technical FM expertise and Chris's commercial acumen created the management DNA that defines HDB today.
Building the team, building the reputation
What began in London gradually extended its reach. The company's ability to deliver consistent standards across complex, multi-site commercial portfolios made it an attractive partner for property managers and building owners with assets across the UK. HDB built the infrastructure to match that demand — a 24/7 helpdesk, nationwide engineering coverage, and a management structure capable of scaling without compromising the standards that had earned the company its reputation in the first place.
Today, HDB Services operates from offices in London and Bedfordshire, with mobile teams deployed across the United Kingdom. The client portfolio spans landmark City of London towers, national logistics estates, retail destinations, and blue-chip corporate campuses. The Leadenhall Building, Sky Garden, Ashdown Phillips, The Frasers Group, Savills, and Huntsman Corporation are among the organisations that have chosen HDB as a trusted FM partner.

Our Company Values
What we build every contract on
Excellence
We set a high standard and we hold it. Excellence at HDB is not a quality control measure, it is a mindset that runs through every engineer, every supervisor, and every member of our management team. We are not satisfied with adequate. We are satisfied when the building is performing at its best, the client is informed and confident, and the work reflects the pride we take in doing it properly.
Integrity
We do what we say we will do. In facilities management, integrity is not an aspiration, it is the foundation of every contract we hold. Our clients trust us with their buildings, their tenants, and their reputations. We honour that trust through honest communication, transparent reporting, and the consistent delivery of what we promise, every time.
Reliability
The buildings we maintain cannot afford downtime, and neither can our clients. Reliability at HDB means our helpdesk answers, our engineers arrive, and our work is completed to the standard agreed. It means planned programmes run on schedule, reactive faults are addressed without delay, and the people depending on us are never left waiting.
Trust
Trust is earned through action, not words. Over decades of FM delivery across some of the UK's most demanding commercial environments, HDB has built a reputation that clients return to, year after year. We are straightforward in everything we do, in our pricing, our reporting, our advice, and our accountability when things do not go to plan.
Collaboration
The best outcomes in FM are built on partnership, not transactions. We work alongside our clients, not simply for them — understanding their priorities, sharing our expertise, and developing long-term relationships that genuinely improve the buildings and organisations we serve. The same collaborative approach runs through our internal culture, because teams that work well together deliver better results for everyone.
Innovation
The FM industry is evolving rapidly, and HDB is evolving with it. We invest in the people, processes, and technologies that allow us to deliver smarter, more efficient, and more resilient building services. From digital job reporting and AI-supported client tools to our partnership with 11 Archer on leadership development, we are committed to finding better ways to serve our clients and grow as a business.
Management team
Every member of our Management team is a thought leader who has made significant contributions to our company.
Each one brings a unique set of skills and expertise to our organisation.
