The HDB Services, JPC by Samsic, and 11 Archer team recently had the honour of attending the Savills annual Charity Golf Day at High Legh Park Golf Club in Manchester — an event raising vital funds for the Rainbow Trust Children's Charity and the extraordinary work they do for families living with a seriously ill child.
We came home with a trophy. But that is emphatically the secondary part of this story.
The Rainbow Trust Children's Charity provides emotional and practical support to families when a child has a life-threatening or terminal illness. The impact of that support on families navigating some of the most unimaginable circumstances a parent can face is profound, and the funds raised at events like the Savills Golf Day go directly toward Family Support Workers who are present at the hardest moments — in hospitals, at home, and wherever they are needed most.
A huge thank you to Charlotte Mack and the entire Savills team for hosting such an exceptionally well-organised day and for directing the collective energy of our sector toward something that genuinely matters. Events like this are at their best when the golf is almost incidental — when the conversations, the relationships, and the shared purpose of the day are what people actually take home.
