We’re proud to announce a fantastic start to the year with a new contract award at one of London’s most iconic retail locations — Kensington Arcade. HDB Services Ltd has been appointed to deliver ongoing maintenance and fabric services to this busy and historically significant site in the heart of High Street Kensington.

Kensington Arcade is more than just a shopping destination. Nestled within the entrance to High Street Kensington Underground Station, the arcade is a gateway for thousands of daily commuters and visitors. With a rich architectural heritage and a steady flow of foot traffic, maintaining both functionality and appearance is essential.

HDB Services has been brought in to support the arcade’s ongoing operations through a bespoke Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme, designed specifically for the challenges of a high-footfall environment. Our focus is on preserving the structural integrity and aesthetic charm of the space, while ensuring it remains safe, clean, and operational at all times.

The scope of works will include:

• Regular fabric maintenance of internal and external finishes
• Reactive response to minor faults or wear-and-tear
• Support with compliance, safety standards, and asset management
• Full site coverage and management support with dedicated coordination

This project showcases HDB’s strength in delivering high-quality maintenance services within live public environments, where discretion, speed, and care are critical. Our team will work closely with the arcade’s management to ensure minimal disruption to retailers, commuters, and the public.
