At HDB Services Ltd, we understand that safety and operational efficiency go hand in hand. As part of our ongoing support for industrial and logistics clients, our team recently completed a critical infrastructure upgrade at a busy depot in North London.

This project was delivered as part of our wider Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) strategy and focused on the removal and replacement of a damaged speed bump at the site entrance — a high-traffic zone essential for daily logistics operations. Working closely with the client’s management team, our engineers executed the works over a weekend window, ensuring zero disruption to weekday site activities.

The project forms part of HDB’s broader commitment to Lifecycle Replacement (LCR), ensuring all fabric elements are maintained, budgeted, and planned for across the estate portfolio. All works were carried out safely and efficiently under a pre-approved traffic management plan, highlighting our proactive approach to both compliance and delivery.
