We are thrilled to announce a major contract win for HDB Services Ltd, having been selected to provide Fabric Maintenance Services to The Kensington Building, a prestigious, BCO Award-winning development in the heart of Kensington, London.

This building is more than just office space. It’s a modern, wellness-focused workspace featuring 94,734 sq ft of light-filled, spacious offices and an additional 12,329 sq ft of landscaped terraces designed to enhance wellbeing and quality of life. Our role will involve managing the Life Cycle Replacement (LCR) of fabric elements across the building, ensuring replacements are planned, budgeted, and aligned with long-term asset management strategies.

This new partnership marks a significant step forward in our presence across London and reflects the strength of our commitment to high-quality, customer-driven maintenance solutions.
